What we stand for

The Fostering Network is proud to deliver Fosterline on behalf of the Department for Education.

We work to a set of values and have a vision that is at the heart of how we provide services to foster carers. These values also represent the attitudes and behaviours that our team demonstrates in their day-to-day work.

When you contact us, you can trust us to be open and honest. We aim to offer a flexible and responsive service, based on listening to foster carers, and promoting dialogue between foster carers and their fostering services wherever possible. We understand the system in which foster carers are working, and can offer them relevant advice, guidance and support aimed at resolving any issues through discussion and debate rather than confrontation.

We are committed to exceeding the expectations of people who contact us, and to continuous improvement in the quality, performance and delivery of all the services we offer. Our ongoing evaluation and monitoring of quality standards ensures that we have a team of committed professionals, dedicated to meeting foster carers' needs.
